Sean over at Xtreme Couture has been doing an awesome job of keeping their blog up to date with fresh content, and one particular item stands out for two reasons: it’s size and quality.
The Life and Times of Jay Hieron is a five part chronicle of Jay’s life to date. When you hear the saying ‘warts and all’, this is the kind of thing it refers to. Jay went through some tough times in his life – he spent time in jail, but cleaned his life up and made something of himself. Aside from being a top fighter, Jay is also one of the core members of the Xtreme Couture family. It’s rare an Xtreme Couture fighter goes into the ring or cage without Jay in his corner.
We featured Jay last year in the mag, and if only we could have dedicated enough space to tell half of his story. The following links will take you to the various volumes – enjoy reading, I know I did. The first instalment was written by Sean (telling Jay’s story for him) but every post since then comes direct from Jay, so there are literally no holds barred in this tale.

excellent reading!!! i actually have the xtreme couture blog in my favorites but never fancied that post im so glad i have read it now very inspiring and has entertained me for the evening would make a fantastic book if he was ever to win a title in the ufc.
